Always clean and friendly service. Food was delicious and fast.
Arbys is usually on point, but we made the mistake of odering mozzarella sticks which took 40 minutes to get right. 40 mins sitting in the drive thru. My wife has now sworn off Arbys because of this. The staff really needs to be retrained.
Salad was a little disappointing but dont let that stop u getting a roast beef sandwich and a jomoca shake.

I'm a visual person and the store is beautiful and clean, however the landscaping was incredibly overgrown. One of the entrance doors was not available for use and was blocked by a trash can from the inside (fire hazard?) We went to the restroom and when we got to the line to order the cashier was nowhere to be found and we waited for 7 minutes. It appears she went to get a supply (ranch or horseradish maybe). When she noticed us, she told us she would be right with us and proceeded to finish doing what she was doing before she came to help. All the while not one other person in the line even greeted us. The only reason we stayed is bc I promised my son mozzarella sticks. Once we got our order my wrap was hard...not just a little, but when I touched it, it was brittle enough to crack. I took it to the line and they replaced it and never offered an apology...or even an excuse. We will NEVER stop at this location again. It was a very disappointing experience.
